Shipping policy

We aim to process orders on the same day you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

If there is a postage charge on your order, we aim to send orders Royal Mail First Class postage for the public and Royal Mail Second Class or 48 hour by carrier for business customers. If shipping charges apply for your order they will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

If you live locally or are close by, then you are welcome to pick up your order directly from us but please contact us first to confirm this as we cannot guarantee our office is open at all times.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. As most of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail first or second class post we do not have tracking numbers. 

If you haven’t received your order within three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@friendly-guides.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will replace or refund you order within the first 30 days after your order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. See our Refund Policy page for fuller details.
